Today we had the pleasure of sitting down with one of the owners of the newest businesses here at Lake Anna. So new in fact, that they open their doors to the public TODAY starting at 6PM. Co-Owner, Eric Gilbreth discovered his love for craft beer by attending and volunteering at The Lake Anna Brewfest. This local event held annually draws crowds of thousands, many even attending from other states. Eric knew that his love for craft beer could be shared with others, year round.
Family owned and operated, the Lake Anna Taphouse is currently home to 24 different craft beer options on tap as well as an additional 30 to 40 available to purchase. These options will vary throughout the year giving patrons the opportunity to sample new flavors. The Lake Anna Taphouse will offer Artisan food items, giving the community a healthy pairing option. With this new business addition to Lake Anna, locals and vacationers will no longer have to drive into Richmond, Fredericksburg, or Charlottesville to get their favorite craft beer, they are bringing the brewery directly to you!
Providing a fun, friendly (also dog friendly) environment and located on the shores of Lake Anna, at 208 Lakefront Dr, Mineral VA 23117 the taphouse offers not only access by land but also by boat. Public docking options are currently under construction with hopes to be finished over the next week.
